I called and spoke with billing dept. I had 2 separate issues. I spoke with a female with Indian accent. I told her that a movie had been purchased on my acct that I didn't make and I wanted it taken off. After "looking my acct up" She asked me 4 times how she could help me. I cont to repeat, I want-the-movie-taken-off-of-my-acct x4. she said well I can do this service for you once of the movie you purchased but in the future they no longer could. I said look I didn't purchase the movie. It was a child's movie at that. I just signed up for att about a month ago and my channels have been changing by themselves. It's literally as if someone has another remote and is flipping through channels, or scrolling through guide or sometimes they'll go through the menu options and start selecting things. I've reported it several times. She told me " well maybe you shouldn't let the children have the remote in the house. 😡 I said I don't have kids. She said well then someone else in the house is changing the channels. I said no one else lives in my house. It's just me! I don't have close neighbors either. I said are you tecnical support?! She cont to talk. I told her just to stop and connect me with someone who knows technical issues. Made me so mad. If you're not technical, don't offer smart explanations when you haven't asked any questions except for " how may I help you" too many Freakin times. Worthless. Please educate your customer service on phone etiquette and not to argue with customer please. I didn't even want to bother with the whole story of how a movie was purchased but she was difficult. And then cont to try and sell me a phone package, why?! So I can call and argue with you again when something happens no!!!! So then she tried to connect me to technical support and the line disconnected 😡
