I changed my att wireless plan. When I received my bill it was prorated which was to be expected. From 8/18 - 8/23 I was charged for my old plan. Then from 8/17-9/17 I was charged for my new plan. So from 8/18-8/23 I had two plans. Plan 1 after taxes was about $100 a month and the new plan after taxes is about $105 a month. If the plan was prorated correctly then my bill for that cycle should be in between these two prices (closer to 105). Magically the bill is $119.52. The response from support was “don't worry it will be right next month”.....
Please correct the error of charging me for two plans from 8/18-8/23.
