I need to stop a scheduled payment dates 8/31/15. I have called 8 times and keep getting hung up on. Also, my phone bill increases every month which is making it harder to budget for. And when I ask for help they say it cost to speak to someone . Please can someone help stop tomorrow Payment and work with me on setting up new arrangement ? If not I will have to go to another phone company. This is getting too stressful just to have a phone.
