Why would u spend so much money on marketing to bill your customer base, only to loss those customers. I received my 1st bill, I had a question regarding a charge, after an hour and 10 minutes of no satisfaction I decided I would no long be a customer ( didn't even hold on to me for a month). To bad the customer service I received in your Keene NH office from your retail sales consultant James F. was exceptional. I guess once u believe u have that new customers they NO longer deserve the same consideration.
