I have a conversation saved on my computer about what the monthly charges would be after I threatened to cancel. They offered a new phone and a lower monthly bill if I stayed with them. After one month the charges went back up and CS couldn't explain why this happened, they pretty much told us that we were lied to. Like I said, I have a saved conversation with the pricing...CS won't help, I can't cancel now because I would owe over $500 for the new phone in cancellation fees. Who do I talk to???
