AT&T Customer Service has really changed for the worst.

I have been a customer with AT&T for over eight years and they have always been flexible about removing unwarranted fee. I know their were several times when my children subscribed to things inadvertently and AT&T waived those fees. We tried another provider recently and were thinking of returning. Unfortunately after being assured we were okay to switch. We were slapped with a early termination fee. Apparently one of our lines is one month older than the others. Well after eight years who remembers that, I was so disappointed that AT&T was unwilling to work with us on this matter. I have thus forsaken AT&T. There will never be another AT&T customer from this family. I would sooner pay more somewhere else than deal with a company that is so completely out of touch and uncompromising with their customers.
