I am an AT&T customer of 5 years with 4 smarphone lines that equal up to a hefty monthly charge. I was looking at my Family Share Plan and decided to look into changing to one of the new Data Share Plans but was unsure if I would continue to receive a discount I get through my employer. I chatted with an agent and they assured me of one price and now I am being charged another. I saved a transcript of the chat and have talked to two agents and chatted again with another and they said they could do nothing.
I wish I could say this is the first time I've had this happen but every time I make a change I am given false information. For a long term customer who pays 4 smartphone lines you would think someone would take responsibility.
