Issues Remain Unresolved

On August 1, 2015, I was told by customer retention that a manager was going to review the recorded call of our original phone upgrade order, in which we were REPEATEDLY assured that our phone bill would not be going up. I have heard NOTHING from AT&T since then. We recently paid a phone bill that has increased by $70 due to charges that AT&T promised would not be there, and this additional $70 charge is going to continue every month. We paid this bill simply to keep our service activated. If we do not hear from someone and have this matter resolved, we will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the State Attorney General's Office to file complaints, and we will be taking our Cellular business elsewhere. We will also cancel the Uverse and Internet services we have with AT&T. Please do the right thing and fix this.
