Bye after 18 yrs

I left at&t today after 18 yrs. I had not had my service disconnected before except for one error on their part a couple of years ago. Suddenly, my payment date was changed, I was told to accommodate other customers, and in a matter of a month my service has been suspended twice.

On August 11, 2015, (after almost six weeks of complex migraines and repeated visits to the hospital.) I called at&t and informed them of my health problems and fallen behind on the bill. My service was suspended for a couple of days. First time in 18 yrs. Arrangements were made for funds to be debited from my account that day.

Still recovering from migraines and getting my children ready for school didn't notice that the payment was not deducted. Service suspended today! Called them. Asked for them to look at the notes and check to see if they were not authorized to collect payment. Yes! But..... I told her do me a favor and don't suspend just go ahead and disconnect. I'm so disappointed! After 18 yrs. On a mistake on your part you lost a very loyal customer.
