Is AT&T Small Business friendly? Why do I have to wait a month for someone to contact me?

I had a small sole-propritor design business that is growing, I have 4 mobile lines. Under the advice of my attorney and accountant it was suggested I change my business into an LLC and move all my vendor accounts into that. The only one who has been impossilbe to work with has been AT&T Wireless here in Chicago. I have gone back and forth with my local business rep only to have multiple emails form him saying that he is "working on it". Its been a month, what can take so long? Ive spend hours on line, on the phone, in the store, and no one either wants to help or has a clue what to do. Below it an email response to my local (business account representaive) after spending hours on the phone and still recieveing zero help. Who else can I turn to, waiting 2-1/2 hours in their flagship store in Chicago as directed to on the phone yeilded that no one at the store knew how to resolve my issue.

Guys, I just left Michael a voicemail expressing my deep concern with the fact that it has now taken more than a month to get this transaction taken care of. If you don’t want my business then please say so and I’ll take it elsewhere. I've had pricing and complete transactions ready from T-Mobile and Version within 48 hours of my request. I just hate the hassle of changing carries because I know something will get screwed up in the process and I can’t afford to have any of my people down off their mobile devices. However, AT&T is not small business friendly then let me know so I can move to someone who is. This is a really big deal to me.

Please respond with an action plan and a timeline as quickly as possible.

For the love of God does anyone have any advice? I'm speachless and in need of immeditate resolution. I'm supposed to be running a business not spending half my time finguring out how to keep mobile devices running for my team. HELP!
