Early Termination Fee and broken phones

I've had a total of four iPhones with AT&T (3gs, 4, 4s, and 5).  Three out of the four have malfunctioned (speaker failed on one, wifi failed on another, and battery issues on the third).

I want to just get away from these peice of junk iPhones and move to another carrier.

Can I cancel my service with AT&T and get the ETF waived because of the malfunctioning phones?
