A very unhappy customer

To start off, im a customer of AT&T since Cellular One. Currently, I'm on a family plan. The plan consisted of me, my brother, and a former boyfriend of my mother. We did this because it was better for us all.  Herein is where the issue lies. After the two of them split, we attempted to transfer the two lines (my brothers and mine) to my mother's account. She had her own account seperate. They are now trying to charge us 1000+ for the two IPHONE 5'S...and want 700 right now. My bill was never that high so why should it be now to continue service (which they have since shut off), under an already active account?

 

At one time we have 6 people, with multiple high-end phones. This is definitely not how you keep customers. If you guys don't want us anymore, just say so. And grant me a freaking port so i can keep my number that ive had since my first phone, which is now a business line.
