So in October 2014 I switched to a different mobile company and I payed a early termination fee of 1034.00 in November and was told that the account was completely closed and in fact I tryed to log on to my account to make sure and the Web site said that I no longer had a account so I was satisfied with this and went on my Mary way now I have a small buissnes and lots of transactionsgo through my account and in fact we have some m2m sites that are with at&t so 8 months at 324.00 I was billed and I spent 2 hours and 43 minutes on the phone bing jacked around every time I would be transferred and have to go through the same question to only get a billing representative that said well yes we see it was closed but there was a number still active and so I will disconnect that with no charge to you and ? Nothing I said k well who do I need to talk to about the money at& t stole from my checking account she said well I don't know my department is the one that can issue refunds and the very most I can do is 200 .00 will that work today you know maybe you should have been paying better attion and then you could have called us sooner it seams like it's your fault as much as at&t I said my lawyer will be in touch have a nice Sunday evening
Now here's the thing I never got a statement a bill nothing from at&t I am very busy with t business and 2 kids a wife and so when I pay 1000.00 to turn off my service and I am told that my account is no longer active I assume that means it is no longer active at&t what are you going to do to I can tell my story to everyone I see ?
