I have been a customer with AT&T for over 6 years my phone bill has alway been 300$ for 2 cell phones. AT&T decided to change billing cycle / billing date which added an additional 116$ to my phone bill which makes my phone bill 423$ for one month for two phones. REALLY!! Then continue to pay 300 thereafter, I didn't authorize them to Chang nothing on my bill. This is my money that I work for I know what I can buy and pay for so when they made the decision to change my bill and stick me 116$ for 7 days of service is not my fault Something needs to be done for the mess that was done to me! I call talk 2 account specialist he said they were reviewing my account and someone would call me back. Still have yet to receive a call. So when they say a "value customer " that's hard to believe. I was put off like I didn't matter. I pay a set amount which is around 300& and that's what I want.
