since I lost my phone due to water damaged and replaced. Two months ago I've seen horrendous charges for the past two billing cycles that rival my rent payment for my studio, one almost 400 dollars this last one close to 300!!! Has forced me to take out loans at a pawn shop and a bit more from family members!! I have recently spoken over the phone with another representative on AT&T who made some adjustments to lower my bill to about 160.00 or less, she claims I was using the equivalent of three phone lines!!! WOW!! Guys hear me out: I AM USING ONE PHONE and in addition to that I have cancelled the data plan for my current number *** and have been milking data off strangers wifi, public areas, and my own IPad ., (promise to lower my payments so far not kept., let's hope this next billing cycle doesn't force me into moving under a bridge)
