Outage

I just want to say how very disappointed I am that AT&T hasn't reached out to its customers to offer some kinds of credit for the outage -- we have 5 lines -- 4 of my kids and mine -- and my husband is on his own business account -- he was traveling and my kids were all out and about and I couldn't reach any of them.

I've been a customer for years -- this is the second time it's happened and yet nothing from AT&T.

Would like to think that the customers are worth more than this.
