My ex husband switched over my account to my name and when I paid the bill it did not post that I paid for it. Is it because I have a new account? When I logged into the phone number and paid the bill it stated it posted to my phone number.
But I received mail from att stating that I have a $86 CR on this phone number but not on this current bill. Could I have two different account numbers for this phone number? I was told it was combined.
I even have the suntrust account info stating I paid the bill.
