When did AT&T become an inconvenience for me?

Hello. I've been a loyal AT&T customer for going on 5 years. I've upgraded early, and done a number of things that are outside of normal for general service practices. The technicians and sales persons at my local store are wonderful. They go out of there way to make sure everything is taken care of for me. I wish the same could be said for the people who work in the Customer Service Call Centers. I've spent a whopping amount of time being talked to like I'm an unintelligent because they don't get what I'm trying to explain to them. I'm angry. I'm frustrated and I'm fed up. I shouldn't have to spend hours upon hours on the phone with someone being talked to like I'm stupid when I'm not. I understand terms and conditions and contracts. But I also know that you guys switched my plan around this month which inconveniences ME, as the PAYING customer to make my bill so it's even more late. When I try telling the techs that you people pro-rated me to change my plan switch at the beginning of July I get told that there is no pro-rate on any of my bills by one lady, the next one told me there was too many she had to add them up and get approval to take them off etc. Basically I was looking to get back some of the hundred some odd dollars I just sunk into having my phone bill cycling switched for my convenience back. I got told that if I wanted MY billing cycle back to how it was before you guys screwed it all up that I would get charged another dang pro-rate. My answer to AT&T is to find another service provider who can meet my needs as a loyal, paying wireless customer. And not have technicians who could care less about helping someone. Just an FYI.
