Whose stupid idea was it to move payment due dates up? I first found out about it when I got a text saying I was past due. Someone changed everyone's due date. I never got notification of this change. When I asked ATT to change it back they said it would take 3 billing cycles to implement the change. Meanwhile I will be charged a late fee of $5 each month until the change is in effect. No problem says ATT. Just call us and we will deduct the $5. What an inconvenience. What disservice to your loyal customers. It may be time to get other service because it seems that ATT is not interested in customer service. Again I ask whose stupid idea was it to make this change? Why does it take 3 months to put it back to where it should never have been changed from in the first place? Where is the customer service? Who made this stupid decision?
