was about to file a claim on my phone because it wouldn't charge. When i called ATT, i was informed my phone was under warrenty. i was asked two questions 1. is the glass cracked 2. is there water damage. i answered no to both questions. i was told they will send me a replacement phone and i had to send in the old phone. ok i sent the old phone in and about 2 weeks later they sent my phone back to me saying my warrenty doesn't cover bent pins on the charging port and i'm now responsible to pay 584.00. This is highway robbery and misleading on ATT part. i was very angry and spent 2 hours on the phone with the warranty department. only to find out that ATT was not budging about not charging me for 584.00 and then passed me off to the finance department which i don't think is in the United States to make payment arrangements. i ended up hanging up because i was so frustrated with there customer service.
