I went to Sam's Club to upgrade to the new Mobile Share Plan but when they went to print up the contract the site did not work and the contract could not be printed. I was told that the new plan had to be cancelled and reversed and my old phones reactivated. Problem is that when I logged into the site I had the new mobile share plan but not my new phones. When I called they said they could not return my plan because the 700 minutes plan was history. But I still have my phones. Then they said they could grandfather the plan back but that was 4 days ago and nothing has been done. I am not paying for an upgrade I did not get. Please advise the status.
