I have been waiting for weeks for a "manager" to contact me. I have been told over and over that someone is calling me tomorrow. I have about 10 lines with Att and have been a customer for as many years.
Before traveling outside of the country, I researched options for international travel. I made sure the countries we were visiting were on the Att list of approved countries. When we returned we had a $3,900 bill. Even as I sat on hold for some type of resolution, the passport program played on a loop in my ear. Still, my bill sits at $3900. No resolution. I will not be held hostage by my cell phone company. Looks like sprint and Verizon will be happy to have a loyal customer.
