On June 20th last more than I went into an At&t store for a simple upgrade because my 2 year contract was up, I was told with our phones that my new bill would go from $164 a month to $200 a month. The best part was the manager said that there's a promotion where we get a tablet with each phone for absolutely no charge, we were thrilled and we even asked to make sure there was no charge. When we got our bill it was almost $400 with a bunch of things added we did not ask for or want. Come to find out we were charged for the tablets and our new bill was not $200 a month but $250 after we paid $388. After weeks of going into the store and calling to try and return the tablets and get our bill to where we were told it would be we were told we are stuck and have to pay for this crap, now we are getting ready to switch providers due to this and u fortunately this will go on our credit to which we plan on taking At&t to court over this. Never again will I go to At&t.
