My service was suspended today and I made a payment arrangement for July 23rd. This is the same way I set up payments every month and there has never been an issue before. Due to my type of employment I am not always available to make a payment on the due date so I set a new one. AT&T can access my records and see that I pay every month yet they suspend my service early and without just cause. If this is a new way of scamming customers out of 40.00 to reconnect just add it to my bill, DO NOT shut off my service before the money is even due! What an embarrasement AT&T is!! I will be switching back to VERIZON today!!!!
