Good afternoon my phone has been disconnected and I can't even call a 1800 customer service number. I was billed over $500 two consecutive months I won't pay the bill until Someone explain the reasons why I am being overcharged. If no one get in contact with me I will just switch service. Seriously I've seen many other phone companies cheaper with a way better service and customer service so I isn't my fault my phone got disconnected I won't be able to pay over $500 for a month of service
