The quoted wait times are always under estimated. Supervisor do not respond to request for assistance and do not return the calls of customers. I waited 25 minutes to pay my bill after the automatic payment system was not working properly and then they insisted and would not waive the $5 charge for processing my payment. I requested to speak with a supervisor and after waiting an additional 12 minutes they automatically terminated the call. I am now considering switching to either Sprint, Verizon, Comcast or any of their more consumer responsive competitors.
