I switched from Verizon to ATT. Then I subsequently joined my husband's account.
ATT billed us for 1st account and we continually notified ATT. Then ATT had a collections agency contact us. We informed both collection agency and ATT.
Our account is fully paid. 3 lines about $200 per month now for 7 months.
We are not looking to leave ATT but we have had no luck removing the item from our credit report.
The item is erroneous.
ATT is literally impossible on this matter.
Please do not tell us to call in--we already did dozens of times. Provide one person contact information who will immediately solve this problem.
