Auto payment

Highly disappointed today with our service of 6+ years. We had an auto payment issue and made an additional payment on our account on the advice of an ATT employee to avoid service interruption. Long story but we ended up with 5 returned payment fees from our bank. You would think a company who claims to 'value' their long term customers would be willing to throw $25 at a problem to make a customer happy. I can guarantee you it means more to a struggling family ( whose payment was late because of an early arrival of our newborn) than a million dollar corporation. But I suppose they know we have a contract and they can do whatever they want.
