My phone bill is $192 this month it should only be $150. I have had this problem since I started my contract with y'all. I'm ready to go to Sprint and have it bought out by them because I'm so tired of dealing with the same problems each month. last month I paid $200 and had problems with my internet because it never renewed when it was supposed to and kept adding gigs and charging me for it. Every time I have a problem I have to go to the store three towns over from where I live to get help because no body ever answers the phone when I call.
