I have question about refund by bill. On 7/3/2015 i go to pay my bill at charles ave 201 st.charles ave suite, new orleans. And then first time staff get my debit card to pay my bill. Maybe it have problem about system and my receipt is not coming out. However, the bank sent an email to confirm that the money has been transferred out. And then he take my debit card again to pay a bill. In second time my purchase is complete. He say he will refund my bill because he had paid my bill twice. I want to know about when the system will send the money back to me. Thank.
