One mad Customer

I called to schedule a late payment. The guy put me on hold for me to talk to some one else I waited for 30 minutes no answer what so ever. I hang up and call back and your office is closed. Really that's how you do your customers?!?! If you want your money how do you treat your customers like that. I rather deal with another company like Verizon I heard they don't have drop calls like AT&T does. I have drop calls all the time with yall!
