My husband uses a basic non data using phone. He broke it a few days ago and had to temporarily use my sister's BlackBerry. I got an email Tuesday saying that AT&T added a data plan to his line without my consent. I called to complain and the agent completely denied that AT&T did that and that I misunderstood the email. Well today I got another email saying the same thing. I called to talk to a manager. He refused to remove the data plan from the phone line and that he couldn't until my husband got a new phone. We spend way too much money on AT&T to be given this crappy service. I've also made complaints that they're charging me for too much data! All they could say is that it was my fault. There's no way I'm using 7 gb a month in data! I will be cancelling all 3 lines on my account. I'm tired of being screwed over by AT&T!
