I have been working on a fringe roaming issue for a couple of months. Several cases have been opened. The email addresses used to communicate with me are all responding now with a "no longer in use" message.
The two final issues are not yet resolved.
How can I communicate with the right person.
My account is actually flagged due to a 10 year history of usage near the border & fringe roaming.
Each person I speak with on the phone is unable to make the final credit, even when they agreew with me, so I need to be connected with someone who has that authority
