service disconnected

My phone was disconnected and was charged $40 to reconnect the service.  I was never "warned" so to say.  For some reason my planned payment didn't go through.  no text, phone call or email saying my service was being shut off.  

 

I"ve notice that the service is horrible and i end up going over my data plan.  and now this!

 

regret leaving Verizon!
