My husband and I have had the same account for almost 7yrs.
While we have had an occasional problem w/ our service, we've not had many complaints until now. I'm not even going to go into my "unlimited data" plan. I pay a flat fee for my first 200text messages then after I pay by text message. All my contacts have iPhones except my husband (he has an AT&T pay as you go phone) so it's only my husband I use regular texts for and 200 is more than enough usually. But now today for example we had 5 text messages total between us during the day and I was charged for 12texts total!!! When I called to inquire about this, nothing was resolved at all. No apologies (mind you I have the proof I am being over charged) no explanation and certainly no offer of reimbursement or credits. That is for one day and I went back a month and a half and it's almost a daily occurrence!! Outrageous and unbelievable! I was told I have to drive a half hr. To the closest authorized retailor to have them look at it. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever received! I pay my bill on time every month for 7yrs and this is how I'm treated. I will be contacting the BBB and our attorney general about this unresolved issue. I'm just sick about this.
