I began my plan being told that if I paid my bill on time each month I would revive back my deposit the following year. I am high upset that my billing period suddenly changed and I am not able to pay the bill until my pay date on the following day after the due date. I changed my billing date on my mobile app then called to find out if I was still eligible for my refunded deposit. Inforunatly no one could supply me with any of my answers. So Dissapointed with my store and my 1-800 experience. Had much better review my previous problem last month.
