I am not a valued customer!

I am not a valued customer like I am always told! I have had my service since 2001. That is 12 years. I have paid att over $30,000 in this time frame. In this time I have never been late with a payment. Today I called in over a $15 charge on my bill. After being put on hold twice totaling about 2 hours I was told that I had reached the limit of credits that I could receive. They would not got back to 2001 and I don't know why, but since 2009 my account has been credited $1,730.87. Out of that ATT has made 75 errors adding up to $887.54. That was their mistakes not mine and it is being held against me. Out of 12 years and $30,000 they would rather let me cancel my lines over $15. Then Jonathan said we can set you up on a payment plan. Implying I could not pay my bill. That is very disrespectful. In 12 years I have not missed a payment, but now he thinks I may over $15. So now I will be going to get new service threw someone else this weekend. Then Jonathan said I could come back within 59 days. I do not want to come back to the same disrespectful service. If you have att service a computer picks a number on what you are valued to them. Not how good you pay them.
