For months now AT&T has e-mailed "overdue" cell phone bill reminders to my e-mail account. First off, I don't have an AT&T cell phone anymore. Secondly, the reminders are for someone else (a name I don't recognize). I tried calling the customer service number to get my e-mail address removed from this person's account -- that was over 2 months ago and nothing has changed. I also reported the messages to their fraud/phishing group in case it is a phishing attempt. Still nothing. How can I get this resolved? I don't know this person and I have no clue how/why my e-mail address is linked to her cell phone account.
