Dear AT&T, I have been a loyal customer for 5 years but I do believe I'm going to cellular one for a bunch of different reasons. 1.) I was a customer that had unlimited Data and was THROTTLED by AT&T and I was suppose to get a refund or my bill paid for in which that still has not occurred. 2.) The AT&T app has screwed me over, I turned off data on the app and for some reason the app misfunctioned and now I have a bill over 200.00. If AT&T cannot work with me then I will be going to Cell One.
