They way our billing works - I need each individual line to bill separately and all AT&T offers at a good price is mobile share - I explained this wouldnt work and they put me on mobile share anyway telling me it wouldnt group anything. We there is a charge per group of phones. I cant have a $400 charge on one line for 36 lines in the group - each of the 36 lines has to bill separately.
I have tried to work with AT&T for over a year and finally got a new acct rep who is doing his best to help me, but AT&T has chained his hands and the only thing he can offer is to add a bogus line at $10 a month and let that device be the group leader for the entire account.
THat will not work for me because the line will end up coming off suspension and charging me more, plus i dont want to pay an additional $10 for absolutely nothing. They refuse to offer a $0 line for a main line and they refuse to offer anything other than mobile share.
I instead am stuck with individual plans which they sock it to me on charges. I have 46 lines of service (7 of which are suspended) and my bill is over $3000 when they agreed it shouldnt be over $2200.
Any reason I shouldnt just take my lines to Verizon - at least they offer an acct level charge.
