How s frustrating it is to receive continuous lied/fraud offers from att reps everytime I have to call for support. Please stop. Dont have time and energy to keep going back and forth with the billing account adjustment.
1) I was offered at one point to have my phone data increase to 10G with no extra charge/month, then I was ended up with a huge upgrade bill that I have to call my phone customer service to reset it.
2) I am recently getting an offer for an iphone 5c for free b/c I am a great customer with ATT for over 10yrs with no activation fee and my account current discount per month will not change. Then, later I got an upgrade att plan in my email stated that I will need to be responsible for $40 activation and my phone line data will be from $25/month jumping to $40/month. What....?? On top of that, I havent even agree to click accept these terms & they already sending me the $0.99 phone with these new upgrades to my account. So without even need to activate it yet, I call my phone customer service & the lady said there s no such discount offer in my account. Then, I have to wait to get a return label print out and have to take it to ups to return it.
Really, ATT? Your customer services go down and down over the year. I m a fulltime working mom with a baby --I do not have time to play around with yout bogus offers and continuous no ending calls to get my bills fixed everytime because you keep offer something that s not real & go ahead without my Permission.
Please somebody --hire an honest person for the job cause your company is stacking up with liars & fraud biller.
