we are being charged full price for a damaged phone. The phone was damaged apparently when it was mailed back. the phone was checked out by the local AT&T store. we have been loyal customers and paid our bill on time. this is extremely frustrating. Its like no one cares our service will be disconnected.. There's no way we can pay this. And there's no way we should have to pay this. and I'm extremely disappointed with AT&T customer service.
