Cramming bogus charges

Noticed 105 mil law suit settlement by AT&T with the FTC for bogus billing starting Oct 2014. I had always trysted  AT&T, setting up auto billing, rarely checking the online statement. Loe and behold I was part of that scam starting in OCT 2014. Bogus mysterious add on feature listed as AT&T subscription costing 9.99 each month. Closer scrutiny revealed a 2.00 data/text fee also added on. I contacted customer support online(sam) on  5 May 2015 and was promised all bogus bills that I never requested and never wanted would be full credited to my account. Called again 20 May talked via phone with Mary. Same assurance I would get full credit for unsolicited charges but it would take a full billing cycle. Called on 10 Jun asked to talk to supervisor( Luan Jones) She had no record of previous rep's confo so could not validate that promise. She did offer partial credit explaining that they sent me a TEXT offering add on features but it was my responsibilty to cancel after 30 day free trial. I explained that I did not use texting and had NEVER asked for nor wanted those features. She laughed and said then clearly it was my  fault that AT&T had the right to change my original contract at any time simply by texting me and adding the charge. Luan Jones if that was really her name refused to give out her supervisors number or any other AT&T company number that could resolve this issue. SHAME on this big company that resorts to such dishonesty and unethical behavior. I will contact State Attorney General and FTC to file complaint. AT&T was even ordered to refund this bogus bill and fails to do so. Anyone else want in on a class action law suit. My email is lobo43_40117@yahoo.com welcome aboard. This is a win-win litigation.
