To whom it might concern:
I have been a AT&T customer for years now. It is been nice to see the company grow with the rates is been growing lately. On the other hand is very sad to see how the customer service is been going down hill. The rates go up every month and when I call they can't give me an answer. I can provide you my last three months billing charges. The person on the phone says I will note our conversation, but when next month comes up and I have to call again the next representative does not see the notes. They will tell me to go to the store and yet with the hope that some will actually listen to you and give you an answer I make time to see the store associates. They tell me to call the online number. I really do not have time and money to be on the phone, especially when someone picks up the phone after 30 min wait.
The reason i'm writing is because m frustration is reaching the highest point. Last month my bill was due on the 05/26th and 4 days latter 06/1 I get the bill for the next month. I am a working mom. I was given 4 days which is not even a full week so I could work to pay the bill. I call as the representative could not figure out why Iam getting the bills higher every month and so close to each other I asked to talk to the supervisor. Like always they are not available. And yet another empty promise - quote " they will call you within 24 hrs". Well is been over a week and i'm still waiting for that phone call.
It is been very frustrating how I am being treated.
