Im so completely disappointed in AT&T. As a loyal customer my plan will change if I choose to sign another 2 year contract instead of doing the AT&T next plan. What happened to plans that are grand fathered in? Why should mine change. Was there small print I didn't see, or was I misinformed when speaking to a representative. As a loyal customer I should be able to upgrade my phone without a penalty. Without losing the current plan I have and without being forced to the do the "AT&T next". I can't afford an additional monthly charge for 12-48 months which the end result being $600 paid for an upgrade. What happened to trying to keep your customers. Glad to know I wasn't worth keeping. I'm sure you'll lose a lot of valuable customers. So disappointed. I always had nothing but great things to say about AT&T. But not now..... Will be switching soon!
