I contacted AT& T because my phone wasnt working properly. It was still under the 1 yr warranty period. At&T claims that I did something to it, but had already sent me a replacement. I did not do anything to damage this phone. AT&T claims it has a hair line crack and sent it back to me. So I've got 2 AT&T phones now, that I dont need...one that doesn't work and the other one. AT&T says I owe them $600.
I've talked to everyone in the warranty department with no assistance to this problem. I even agreed to send back the $600 phone, but they stated that they would not accept it. I have always paid my bill on time and been a customer with this company for years. I'm am extremely disappointed with the lack professionalism and courtousy that has been shown toward me. I have tried to handle this in a civil manner, but if I cant get any assitance to this problem I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau.
Any assitance with this problem would be greatly appreciated,
Thank You,
