Early Contract Termination Fees Posted to Invoice

I changed service to T-Mobile and had our numbers transferred over.  We need to pay our early contract termination fees on an iPhone 6 so that we can get the phone unlocked.  Our change over was May 26, 2015.  When does AT&T post the early contract termination fees so that we can pay them?
