I am a good customer who is enrolled in auto pay and has a family share plan with me and my 4 children... The bill is 420$ a month ..I just bought a myspot we with a separate 20 GB data plane 3 days ago .while driving down to myrtle beach for vacation my 12 year old son used 18 GB of data in 2 he's not knowing how fast it was used until it was to late ..now I have my other children almost in tears because I told them we were screwed because I will be able to afford the bill next month ..I have never gone over data with or phone data plan. I am a 3 year customer ..will u guys be able to help us ..I hope u will I love ur service and don't wanna lose it over aa one time mistake by child
