Hello, can someone please look into my bill? For some reason it is 3 times the amount it is supposed to be. When I called customer service, I was transferred around to "Premiere" and back to regular billing. No one was able to help me or explain why my bill is so high, however one very very nice employee did advise that there were duplicate charges on my account - however she did not have access and had to transfer me to Premiere. Please help. This is my first bill and I cannot afford it to be 3 times what it was supposed to be.
