i wanted to know something.

My name is latrina [edited for privacy-please do not post personal or unique information such as but not limited to full names, employee ID numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, account numbers, etc.] and im an att customer. My phone bill is 320 past due but my whole phone bill is 621. And i was wondering if yall could let me pay the whole amount on the first. Yall have extended my bill twice. The only reason why im asking to extend it to the first is because somebody got my information and got my money out of my banking account. And the next time i will get paid will be on the first. This is the only reason why im asking. My daughter and i have been worrying about how we was going to pay our bill. So if there's any way that yall can do this for me please let me know. The 320 suppose to be paid on the 26 of this month but somebody got my information and took everything out my account. So will yall please help us out please.
